Hanane Parry was aged just 19 and addicted to heroin when she started working as a prostitute in Liverpool.
Within months she was dead - her body chopped up and left in bin bags around the city. She was one of two women to fall victim to Mark Corner, a paranoid schizophrenic known by the mental health services to harbour murderous fantasies.
Now, four years on from the tragedy, her mum Dianne has won an audience with a government minister to discuss her concerns about the dangers faced by street sex workers.
